Many colleagues with work experience in friendly businesses have provided feedback that OKX's overall compensation and long-term incentive level are higher than many friendly businesses. Recently, a colleague in the business team has been employed for four years and has been entrusting long-term incentives to the company without realizing them. Some people who are filled with the desire for instant wealth cannot accept OKX's internal policies, such as prohibiting coin issuance, insider trading, and bribery. At the same time, some friends have provided attractive conditions for some people, so they choose to join. We also wish these colleagues well. We have also seen many cases where people who were attracted by short-term benefits to join friendly businesses quickly lost their usefulness and were kicked out. Every company has its own characteristics, and we welcome all legal means of competition while also cracking down on behaviors that violate laws and professional ethics.
