US government export control order has loopholes, Cisco and other institutions can still access Mythos preview version

The US government's export control order on Anthropic has not completely blocked access, and both Dragos and Cisco Systems have retained access to the preview version of Mythos. The preview version of Mythos has powerful vulnerability detection capabilities, and Anthropic once restricted access to the model within the Project Glasswing Alliance, which includes 200 organizations. The US government ordered Anthropic to block Fable 5 and Mythos 5, but the directive did not mention the preview version of Mythos. Anthropic stated that the remaining models are not affected.
