Kelp mentioned that users who missed the migration deadline can still recover their assets, as rsETH backing remains locked on the Ethereum mainnet. EVM network users need to burn rsETH on the source chain and pay a recovery fee of 100 USDC per address on the Ethereum mainnet, then send two transaction details to the official email claims@kelpdao.xyz.
