Setting aside FTX's misuse of user funds and fraudulent behavior, purely from the perspective of exchange products, every crypto exchange product manager should carefully study FTX's account and asset logic. Risk isolation was achieved through sub-accounts, with each sub-account being a fully unified account. None of the current exchanges can compare—fake unified accounts, messy account systems, API documentation and design that are absolute garbage.
