The Drift Protocol team is pushing for protocol restart, recalculating perpetual and spot market risk parameters. In the initial stage, a conservative strategy will be adopted and gradually relaxed with the recovery of TVL. The upper limit of open interest volume will be linked to the ability to clear, optimizing vAMM quotes and spread logic, reducing fluctuations in funding rate mechanisms, and removing legacy code to narrow the attack surface.
