Rain Launches On-Chain Rewards System, Supporting Cash Back, Flight, and Hotel Redemptions

Foresight News reports that stablecoin payment company Rain announced via a tweet that it has launched the Rewards system, positioned as a loyalty platform native to stablecoin cards. It supports redemption scenarios such as cash back, flights, and hotels. The rewards are minted on-chain, and partners can customize branding, reward names, earning rules, and redemption methods without the need for third-party vendors. Rain previously conducted private testing on the Avalanche Card, involving 2,486 users, where users who activated rewards within 30 days had an average daily spending approximately 25% higher than those who did not activate rewards. Foresight News previously reported that stablecoin company Rain completed a $250 million funding round in January 2026 at a valuation of $1.95 billion, led by ICONIQ.
