According to Bloomberg, Salesforce has agreed to acquire Fin, a developer of AI customer agents, for approximately $3.6 billion to enhance its enterprise-grade AI product line. Fin's core product, AI Agent, can handle customer inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone, and Slack, complementing Salesforce's own AI agent tool, Agentforce.
