New details of the 14-point memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States
1. An immediate and permanent cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon.
2. The U.S. commits to non-interference in Iran's internal affairs and respecting the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
3. A complete lifting of Iran's maritime blockade within 30 days.
4. The U.S. commits to withdrawing troops from areas surrounding Iran.
5. Reopening the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days as per Iran's arrangements.
6. Suspension of sanctions on oil, petrochemical products, and derivatives, allowing Iran full access to its financial revenues.
7. The U.S. and its allies must submit a reconstruction plan for Iran valued at no less than $300 billion.
8. Negotiations within 60 days to reach a final agreement based on nuclear documents, fully lifting U.S. primary and secondary sanctions, UN Security Council resolutions, and IAEA Board of Governors resolutions.
9. Confirmation of Iran's compliance with the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and commitment not to produce nuclear weapons.
10. During negotiations, the U.S. commits not to increase troops in the region or impose any new sanctions.
11. During the 60-day final negotiation period, $24 billion of Iran's frozen funds will be released, with half of the amount accessible before negotiations begin.
12. Establishment of a monitoring mechanism to enforce the agreement.
13. Approval of the final agreement through a UN Security Council resolution.
14. Final negotiations cannot begin until half of the frozen funds are released, oil sanctions are suspended, and the maritime blockade is lifted.
The final agreement will focus solely on the fate of enriched materials, enrichment issues, lifting sanctions, and rebuilding Iran's economy. Iran's missile program documents and the so-called 'Axis of Resistance' support are explicitly excluded from the agenda.
