Nico shared Ethereum's anti-quantum solution, and it looks like progress is moving fast. It can be implemented entirely through smart contracts without requiring a hard fork. Using an on-chain verifier contract (SPHINCS-verifier), post-quantum signatures can be directly verified on Ethereum. Users can add quantum-resistant protection to their accounts for a cost of about $0.07 by calling the contract. Formal verification has already been completed, and several rounds of professional audits are planned next. Technically, it's pretty much ready for use and might be integrated into wallets in the future. When it comes to addressing and developing anti-quantum solutions, Ethereum is currently the most proactive.
