Eleanor Terrett: It is almost impossible for the CLARITY Act to pass before July 4th

Encryption journalist Eleanor Terrett stated that in order for the CLARITY Act to become law before July 4th, it would need to meet conditions such as reaching a bipartisan ethical consensus, revising agricultural provisions, merging bills, receiving 60 votes in the Senate, and completing the process of both houses of Congress within two weeks. Currently, it is almost impossible in terms of time and procedures.
