Choosing the right boss can truly rewrite your entire life! Elon Musk's SpaceX created 4,400 millionaires in a single day, with nearly 400 of them becoming billionaires. These beneficiaries aren’t financial elites but the most ordinary employees in the company: welders, technicians, mechanics, and even cafeteria staff. For 20 years, SpaceX has upheld an employee stock ownership plan—not relying on high salaries to paint a rosy picture, but ensuring that everyone who contributes their labor shares in the company’s growth dividends. Take Juan Hernández, a Mexican immigrant who joined as a welder in 2015 with an hourly wage of just $28. Back then, he hadn’t even heard of SpaceX. The company issued him $10,000 worth of stock and allowed employees to buy more shares at a discount. Today, that stock is worth $880,000. Then there’s Trevor Hayes, who ignored his family’s advice, left the stability of General Electric, and dedicated 12 years to SpaceX. He now holds over 100,000 shares, which, based on the IPO price, makes his net worth $13.5 million. At just 37 years old, he’s achieved financial freedom and early retirement. He openly admits: this level of wealth is beyond imagination. Even before the IPO, hundreds of employees collectively hired professional wealth managers to oversee assets totaling up to $5 billion. Keep in mind, most of these people had never had access to such services before. In past tech IPOs, wealth was often concentrated in core roles like programmers. But this time, the dividends have genuinely reached the front-line workers in the workshops. True value distribution should work like this: those who dare to take risks, work hard, and create value deserve to reap proportional rewards. Social mobility isn’t about dividing up existing resources but about creating new wealth together, giving hardworking people the chance to rise. SPACX is undoubtedly a great company. That said, the current SPCX stock price is a bit high—maybe wait until it drops below $100 before considering buying the dip. #SPCX #SPACX
