Metaplanet announces acquisition of Siiibo Securities and will be renamed Metaplanet Securities

Metaplanet has reached an agreement to acquire 100% equity of Siiibo Securities, a licensed first tier securities company in Japan. The transaction is expected to be completed and delivered in July, at which time Siiibo Securities will be renamed Metaplanet Securities. This acquisition belongs to the Project Nova strategy, aimed at building a financial ecosystem in Japan centered around Bitcoin.
