BlackRock submits iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA) S-1 revised document disclosing a fee rate of 0.65%

According to Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas, BlackRock has submitted an S-1 revision document for its new product iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA) and disclosed a management fee of 0.65%. This rate is higher than iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), but lower than the 0.95% and 0.99% rates of the current two largest backed bullish ETFs. BITA will provide a profit enhancement strategy by holding Bitcoin exposure and selling call options.
