According to a recent report from CrowdStrike cited by *Forbes*, the North Korea-backed hacker group FAMOUS CHOLLIMA was responsible for 47% of hands-on-keyboard intrusion incidents targeting tech companies in North America, Europe, and Asia between April 2025 and March 2026. The group infiltrates corporate networks by applying for remote software developer positions, then deploys malware and steals cryptocurrencies from blockchain developers. The report also mentions that the U.S., along with 15 other countries, has previously taken action against the group’s technical infrastructure and crypto-related operations. Additionally, CrowdStrike warns that AI is accelerating the complexity, scale, and speed of cyberattacks, and this group has already been leveraging AI to enhance their attack efficiency. https://(wublock123.com)/news/crowdstrike-north-korean-hackers-impersonate-remote-developers-steal-crypto-assets-62506
