On-chain detective ZachXBT has warned that over the past week, multiple JuCoin users have reported withdrawal issues, questioning JuCoin's claim of $511 million in reserves, most of which are said to be USDC and USDT issued on JuChain without clear backing. ZachXBT also pointed out that JuDAO suffered a hack in April 2026, losing approximately $225,000, and in 2025, around $20 million in assets were frozen due to a contract deployment error.
