[Polymarket Upgrades Deposit Wallet Architecture: Enables Functional Upgrades, Bug Fixes, and Security Maintenance Without Changing Addresses]
According to a report by Jinse Finance, Polymarket announced that starting from June 8, redeployed deposit wallets will adopt a new architecture, allowing the platform to continuously perform security maintenance, functional upgrades, and bug fixes without changing wallet addresses or affecting user funds.
Polymarket stated that existing wallets will continue to operate normally as they currently do. For users who wish to manage upgrades independently, they can opt out of this mechanism at the contract level. Additionally, the platform reminds developers to update to the latest SDK client, while developers directly accessing the API should note that the wallet address derivation method has changed and should refer to the latest documentation for adaptation.
