Circle freezes Zama Ethereum cUSDC contract for $126 million

Chain Detective ZachXBT revealed that Circle has blacklisted the Ethereum cUSDC contract of privacy agreement Zama and frozen $126 million in USDC. Circle and Zama have not yet explained the reasons.
