According to market reports, a man claiming to be "Noah Doe" carried a USB drive containing 39069 dormant Bitcoin wallet information and went to the New York City Police Department to register it as lost property, receiving a receipt of acceptance. Now he is filing a lawsuit in New York, requesting the court to determine him as the legal owner of this batch of assets. There are approximately 3.8 million bitcoins involved, with a total value of approximately 286 billion US dollars. The man claimed that he independently wrote algorithms to screen these wallets and claimed ownership of the assets, citing the 1958 Pick Up Act in New York State. The first wallet address on the list is the address of the hacker involved in the 2011 Mentougou Exchange theft incident. There are about 80000 stolen bitcoins stored here, with no transfer records in 15 years. They are now worth about $6 billion and have been a long-term focus of monitoring for all on chain analysts worldwide.
