Foreign investors are pouring into the U.S. stock market:
Currently, foreign investors are allocating a record 63% of their U.S. financial assets to stocks.
This percentage has more than doubled since the 2008 financial crisis.
It’s also about 10 percentage points higher than the peak of the 2000 dot-com bubble.
In comparison, the long-term average allocation is around 40%.
As a result, foreign investors now hold a record $21.3 trillion in U.S. stocks and stock funds, surging +170% since 2020.
