Prometheum Launches Digital Brokerage Solution to Expand Tokenized Securities Distribution

According to CoinDesk, Prometheum has launched the Prometheum Capital digital brokerage solution, providing clearing, custody, and trading services for brokers and registered investment advisors. This solution supports the distribution of tokenized securities and crypto assets through traditional brokerage accounts. Co-founder and Co-CEO Aaron Kaplan stated that there are approximately $20 billion worth of tokenized securities on-chain, but mainstream distribution channels are lacking. The company operates multiple regulated entities covering the full lifecycle of tokenized securities and has joined the DTCC working group. Initial clearing clients include Arete Wealth Management and Network 1 Financial Securities. Kaplan revealed that institutional distribution partnerships will soon be announced to attract more large-scale issuers.
