Sander Andersen, co-founder and executive chairman of the Swedish publicly listed company H100 Group, stated that shareholders will vote on June 23 to decide the next phase of the Bitcoin strategy. This includes authorizing the completion of the Moonshot deal, increasing H100's BTC holdings to approximately 3,500 BTC, and expanding stock issuance authorization to continue advancing the BTC reserve strategy.
