Humans don’t exist as independent individuals; we exist in the form of a collective.
As culture deepens, the attributes of the collective become increasingly abstract.
For example, things like value and meaning, money and belief are all collective attributes, not individual ones.
Currency owned by just one person? That’s 0 value.
Thoughts—we think they exist purely in our brains, belonging only to ourselves. But that’s not true: thoughts exist within the collective.
The thoughts in your brain are constantly colliding and intertwining with the thoughts of others in the group.
Thoughts don’t just exist in an individual’s brain; they also exist in the network of interactions with the collective.
Just like Bitcoin’s longest chain and $BTC don’t exist in a single Turing machine miner node, but in the network of interactions among this group of Turing machine nodes.
