The computational theory of group organization introduces the dimension of *abstraction degree*.
*Abstraction degree* is a measure of the abstract properties of a group.
For example:
The abstraction degree of Bitcoin = 1, because Bitcoin has only one group abstract property, which is the longest chain.
In contrast, Turing machine computability is a special case where abstraction degree = 0. That is, in Turing machine computability, there are no irreducible group abstract properties.
Computable abstraction degree is like geometric curvature:
Plane geometry with curvature = 0 is similar to Turing machine computability with abstraction degree = 0. Beyond this, abstraction degree, like curvature, can have infinite possible values.
