Hardware wallet manufacturer Foundation raises $6.4 million in funding, led by Fulgur Ventures
According to Foresight News, hardware wallet manufacturer Foundation has raised $6.4 million in funding, led by Fulgur Ventures and with Arche Capital participating. This new financing brings the total fundraising amount of the foundation to 16.5 million US dollars, but the structure and post investment valuation of this round of financing have not yet been disclosed. The company also announced on Thursday the official launch of its flagship product Passport Prime, which integrates Bitcoin hardware wallet, FIDO security key, two factor storage, secret vault, and 50GB encrypted storage. \In addition, Foundation has expanded access to its KeyOS developer platform and opened Passport Prime to developers building secure applications through SDK. The company stated that it plans to launch the KeyOS app store to users before the end of the second quarter. Cake Wallet is the first external team built on KeyOS, and Foundation expects to further integrate Bitcoin, identity, and AI proxy workflows throughout 2026.
