Cambodian police raid Prince's Square in Phnom Penh, detaining over 100 people According to Caixin, the disposal of assets related to Chen Zhi, the founder of the Cambodian Crown Prince Group, has accelerated after he was escorted back to China. According to the Cambodian newspaper Phnom Penh Post, the police recently raided Prince's Square in Phnom Penh on suspicion of telecom fraud and detained over 100 people, including 82 Chinese nationals. The law enforcement department also seized a large number of electronic devices, including 800 mobile phones and over a hundred computers. The Cambodian Committee for Combating Technology Fraud stated that based on preliminary investigations, these suspects are suspected of defrauding victims in Cambodia and other countries with false investments. Previously, it was reported that the Hong Kong High Court had approved restraining orders against 42 individuals including Chen Zhi and multiple companies, freezing approximately HKD 9 billion in assets. This includes Chen Zhi's 13 bank accounts in Hong Kong, as well as 17 British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Hong Kong companies that he actually controls.
