Zcash Foundation Q1 report reveals $36.7 million in current assets

The Zcash Foundation has released its first quarter report for 2026, disclosing total current assets of approximately $36.7 million, including approximately $12.11 million in cash, 506556 USDCs, 85412 ZECs (approximately $21.2 million), 41.8 BTC (approximately $2.85 million), and 12.02 ETH (approximately $25000). The foundation stated that despite experiencing changes in the development team and governance disputes in the first quarter, network operations were not affected, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has concluded its investigation without taking any enforcement action.
