Several European banks launch cryptocurrency trading services

BBVA, BPCE Bank, and KBC Bank in Belgium have launched retail cryptocurrency trading services. BBVA has become the first large Spanish bank to offer 24/7 Bitcoin and Ethereum trading through a mobile application, while BPCE has launched an in app cryptocurrency trading service through its regulated subsidiary Hexarq, aiming to serve 120 million customers by 2026.
