CZ casually made another $4.5 billion. Back in 2022, right before Musk acquired Twitter, CZ and the Binance platform invested $500 million to participate in the acquisition. With the merger of xAI and X, and then integrating into SpaceX, CZ’s investment achieved a 10x return. Based on the rough proportion of external shareholder funding, CZ’s equity in X and indirect interest in SpaceX is roughly at the $5 billion level. Currently, X shareholders hold about 5% of SpaceX, which is expected to go public in June with a $2 trillion valuation. When will I be able to casually make a few billion too?
