BitFuFu's Bitcoin output in April decreased by 32% month on month, with power outages in Ethiopia affecting mining operations
On May 15th, according to TheMinerMag, BitFuFu produced 145 BTC in April, a 32% decrease from 214 BTC in March, mainly due to power outages at its Ethiopia mine and the company's reduction in third-party computing power purchases. During the same period, BitFuFu's managed computing power decreased by 13.5% month on month to 22.4 EH/s, with third-party supply computing power dropping from 22.6 EH/s to 19.1 EH/s, while its own computing power remained unchanged at 3.3 EH/s. As of the end of April, its Bitcoin holdings increased from 1794 BTC to 1812 BTC. In addition, the company's self mining cash cost in April was approximately $59000 per Bitcoin.
