According to CNBC, sources say SpaceX plans to release its prospectus as early as next week and launch a roadshow on June 8th. After merging with xAI, SpaceX is valued at $1.25 trillion, and the target for this IPO is to raise $70 billion to $75 billion, making it the largest IPO in history. The consulting team is seeking special sales channels to reach out to brokers in countries such as the UK, Japan, and Canada, in order to compete for allocation shares for individual investors.
