Ethereum Foundation updates Glamsterdam and Hegot á technology progress

The Ethereum Foundation has released the technological progress of Glamsterdam upgrade, and a multi client team has collaborated on ePBS, BAL optimization, and EIP-8037 repricing mechanism, reaching a consensus on the "trusted path". In the Hegot á expansion direction, the FOCIL prototype has been implemented and is runnable, and the scope of account abstraction requirements has been defined. The next stage will enter multi client development network verification. The current focus is on the implementation of Glamsterdam and the promotion of Hegot á expansion design. The development network has been continuously running, and FOCIL and other functions will be further developed in subsequent testing.
