Multiple important achievements of inclusive computing power released in Xiong'an New Area Today (9th), Xiong'an New Area held the 2026 Conference on Empowering the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises with Inclusive Computing Power, with the theme of "Computing Power Benefiting Enterprises and Intelligent Enlightenment for Small and Medium sized Enterprises". Multiple important achievements of inclusive computing power were released, promoting the substantial implementation of inclusive computing power from policy guidance. The first domestic Chinese computing platform, "Computing Supermarket · Small and Medium sized Enterprise Zone," has been officially launched and put into operation. The zone integrates high-quality computing service resources and provides diversified billing models such as "card time" and "token" computing products, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises to flexibly access and schedule according to their needs. The "Computing Power Benefiting Enterprises" China Tour has been launched for the first time, and representative cities will be selected to promote it station by station. The focus will be on conducting inclusive computing power roadshows for specialized, refined, and new industrial parks, demonstration cities, etc., to closely understand the computing power needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the transformation of computing services from "supply driven" to "demand driven". The "Computing Power Benefiting Enterprises" supply-demand pairing ceremony promotes the establishment of one-on-one supply-demand matching relationships between computing service providers and small and medium-sized enterprises, forming a normalized assistance pairing mechanism. The Small and Medium sized Enterprise Special Zone for Inclusive Computing Service Providers grants licenses to the first batch of approved computing service providers, ensuring that they provide affordable, accessible, secure, and compliant inclusive computing products. In addition, a signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement between China's computing power platform and computing power bank was held. All parties will jointly explore innovative business of "computing power bank", support enterprises to "deposit" idle computing power resources into the platform, and achieve flexible access through cross regional and cross cycle scheduling, revitalizing idle computing power resources in society.
