KAST appoints former SEC advisor Stephanie Allen

KAST, a stablecoin payment company, has appointed former SEC senior advisor Stephanie Allen as its head of corporate and policy communication to accelerate business growth in North America and Latin America. Stephanie Allen has provided communication strategy advice to KAST and consulted with the SEC Cryptocurrency Working Group. KAST was founded by former Circle executive Raagulan Pathy in July 2024, providing USD denominated accounts, global payments, and stablecoin financial instruments.
