Developers propose hard fork of Bitcoin and redistribution of Satoshi Nakamoto coins

A Bitcoin developer proposed a hard fork in August to redistribute Satoshi Nakamoto's coins to the new chain to fund the project. The community has evaluated this as theft. （CoinDesk）
