SEC Chairman Atkins Promotes Cryptocurrency Asset Classification and On Chain Trading Policies

According to Forbes, US SEC Chairman Atkins reiterated the promotion of "Project Crypto" and joined forces with CFTC to clarify the classification standards for encrypted asset securities. He plans to launch an "innovation exemption" that allows tokenized securities to be traded directly on the chain, changing the previous model of "law enforcement replacing regulation". The price of Bitcoin rebounded from $60000 to around $77500, and the market is watching whether it can break through $80000.
