CoW Swap upgrade bidding mechanism and execution process

According to the CoW DAO announcement, CoW Swap has launched two upgrades to its solver infrastructure. One of them is "hidden bidding until the deadline", during which solvers cannot see each other's quotes and can only compete blindly until the deadline, which helps improve user transaction results. The second is to remove the UCP (Uniform Clearing Price) constraint, simplify the solver logic, improve the efficiency of the optimal solution, while maintaining price consistency between trading pairs and users.
