[Revolutionary Guard Intercepts 3 Vessels in the Persian Gulf and Surrounding Waters]
According to Iranian sources, a total of three vessels were intercepted by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the Persian Gulf and surrounding waters on the same day. The report indicates that two vessels belonging to the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) were intercepted by the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps while attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz and were unable to proceed. Additionally, a vessel belonging to Greece was similarly intercepted and is currently stationed in Iranian offshore waters. The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) issued two consecutive alerts on the same day, reporting two incidents of vessel attacks in the Persian Gulf and surrounding waters.
