Securitize appoints Sunil Sabharwal as a member of the board of directors

Securitize announces Sunil Sabharwal joining the board of directors. He has served as the US representative of the IMF and received the Outstanding Service Award from the US Treasury Department. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Thunes and TookiTaki, and also serves as an advisor to Blackstone Growth Equity Fund. Securitize manages over $4 billion in on chain assets and was valued at $1 billion last year. It has reached an acquisition agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald and will be listed on NASDAQ after the merger.
