[Poland's Crypto Bill Rejected Again: Parliament Fails Second Attempt, Regulatory Progress Stalled] According to Cointelegraph, the Polish parliament has once again failed to overturn President Karol Nawrocki's veto on the crypto regulatory bill, prolonging the country's political deadlock on the path to digital asset regulation. In the latest vote, lawmakers fell short of the 263-vote threshold needed to overturn the veto, with only 243 votes opposing the veto and 191 votes supporting it. The bill, spearheaded by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, aims to align Poland with the EU's 'Markets in Crypto-Assets' (MiCA) regulatory framework. Poland remains one of the few member states yet to implement this framework. The president, however, has maintained his opposition, citing concerns over excessive regulation, lack of transparency, and potential burdens on small and medium-sized enterprises.
