Diginex acquires Resulticks in a $1.5 billion all stock deal

Nasdaq listed company Diginex announced its acquisition of artificial intelligence company Resulticks Global Companies Pte Limited for $1.5 billion in all stock trading. Resulticks focuses on real-time AI customer intelligence solutions and is expected to generate approximately $150 million in revenue by 2025. Diginex will leverage its AI data capabilities to expand its customer intelligence and enterprise level agent solutions.
