The boundaries of Turing-computable:
A Turing machine refers to the theory of computability that must adhere to consistency.
However, networks don’t necessarily have to be consistent. Networks that meet consistency align with Turing-computable theory.
Networks that don’t meet consistency go beyond Turing-computable theory, such as Bitcoin and the World Wide Web.
