Alphaton reaches $43 million financing agreement

Alphaton Capital announced a strategic financing agreement with Vertical Data for a total size of approximately $43 million, with delivery expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. This financing will be used for AI hardware deployment, accelerating the construction of "privacy computing" and sovereign AI infrastructure, and supporting the integrated development of AI, digital assets, and secure computing. At the same time, it will provide underlying computing power support for partner applications such as Telegram and Animoca Brands.
