House during its 8:30am pro forma session this morning received the message that the Senate rejected the House 60-day DHS CR and the Senate again approved its own bill funding DHS to Sept. 30th without ICE. Rep. Mat Van Epps (R-TN) presided and no further action was taken on the Senate bill, so the partial DHS shutdown now on Day 48 continues. Next House pro forma session is Monday at 10am.(Craig Caplan)
