Delphi Digital criticizes Circle for not freezing USDC

Tommy Shaughnessy, co-founder of Delphi Digital, criticized Circle for not freezing USDC transfers in the Drift attack, stating that it allowed funds to flow freely. Chain detective ZachXBT stated that millions of USDCs were transferred from Solana to Ethereum via CCTP during the attack and remained unfrozen for several hours.
