Bitfarms plans to rename itself as Keel Infrastructure

Bitfarms has released its fiscal year 2025 performance report, disclosing a total liquidity of approximately $520 million as of March 27, 2026, including unsecured Bitcoin worth approximately $161 million and unrestricted cash worth approximately $359 million. The company has fully repaid the outstanding $100 million under Macquarie's debt financing and plans to rename itself as Keel Infrastructure on April 1st, while relocating its registered address from Canada to New York City, USA.
