Bitdeer will renovate Norwegian facilities to support Nvidia AI technology

Bitdeer subsidiary Tydal Data Center AS has signed an agreement with Norwegian contractor Data Center Installations AS to renovate existing facilities to support Nvidia's next-generation Vera Rubin AI technology hosting services. Haakon Bryhni, co-founder and chairman of Tydal, stated that this transformation is the cornerstone of Bitdeer's global strategy, aimed at meeting the growing demand for AI data centers. Previously, Bitdeer had cleared its corporate Bitcoin reserves and planned to raise $300 million through private placement of convertible senior notes. As of Monday morning trading, Bitdeer's stock price has fallen by over 2%.
