Aster updates token economics, abolishing linear unlocking and replacing it with pledged emissions

Aster announced an update to token economics, replacing the monthly linear unlocking mechanism with a pledge only emission mode. Previously, 78.4 million ASTERs were unlocked per month, but after the update, the monthly release amount has decreased to 1.8 million to 2.25 million ASTERs. Aster stated that since TGE on September 17, 2025, all unlocked tokens have not been used except for staking rewards, and the relevant holdings can be verified through the address 0x0A55.
