Morgan Stanley launches low-cost Bitcoin spot ETF MSBT

The New York Stock Exchange has approved the listing of Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Spot ETF MSBT, which holds actual Bitcoin and is managed by Coinbase for cold storage custody. BNY Mellon is responsible for cash management, administration, and transfer functions, with an annual fee rate of 0.14%, lower than Grayscale's 0.15% and BlackRock's 0.25%, and the lowest in the United States.
