Two defendants in the harassment case of Curve Finance contributors are prohibited from making threatening statements and are required to pay approximately SGD 2500 in compensation and litigation costs
On March 30th, according to DL News, the Singapore Harassment Protection Court made a ruling on the harassment case of Curve Finance contributor Haowi Wong on March 24th, ordering the founder of the cryptocurrency wallet OneKey, Wang Lei (pseudonym Yishi), and the anonymous account of X platform to stop making threatening or insulting remarks towards Wong and prohibit them from publishing content accusing Wong of fraud or spreading false information. The two defendants are required to jointly pay compensation and litigation costs of approximately SGD 2500 (approximately USD 1900) before April 7th. This case originated from the vulnerability attack on the stablecoin lending agreement Resupplity in June 2025, which resulted in users losing approximately $9.3 million. Due to Resupply allowing users to deposit crvUSD into the Curve vault to earn profits, some individuals believe that the agreement is related to Curve and have accused Curve of direct responsibility for the attack on the X platform and private groups, while also making personal accusations against Wong. Curve founder Michael Egorov previously denied official involvement of Curve in the Resupply project and stated that Curve Finance has not formally intervened in this lawsuit. Both defendants did not appear in court.
