Ripple CEO calls for avoiding weaponizing encryption policies

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse warned in an interview with Fox Business Channel not to weaponize encryption policies and stated that similar situations as Gary Gensler should not be experienced again. In addition, he also talked about topics such as Ripple's growth, the new frameworks of the SEC and CFTC, and the CLARITY Act.
